Real Estate Agent – Website Design (NME)

Brought on to redesign and complete an in-progress real estate website for a high-end client through NU Media Edge. The brief was to elevate the site’s overall feel, making it more luxurious, elegant, and aligned with the client’s professional brand and industry presence.

Working from a partial structure and colour palette already developed by the NU Media Edge team (featuring black, soft browns, warm beiges, and muted greys), I focused on refining the layout, visual tone, and usability. The typography paired modern sans-serif fonts with subtle, sophisticated styling to maintain a sense of professionalism and clarity.

Key contributions:

Redesigned homepage and site flow to reflect a cleaner, user-friendly structure.

Integrated a custom-coded investment calculator into the design, collaborating with an external developer to ensure UI alignment and improve UX.

Reworked the About page to highlight the client’s real estate expertise and services while keeping the homepage focused and minimal.

Added a new Listings section, designed as a gallery view linking directly to the client’s MLS listings.

The final result is a visually refined, content-driven platform that helps position the client as a trusted real estate expert while offering seamless user navigation.
